Ciao Thousand Oaks! I am excited to introduce myself to this community. I am Raul Ferrero and am the new owner of Allegro Pizza. I look forward to continuing the tradition of serving authentic Italian food while bringing new surprises. I am passionate about good food. Born in Argentina to an Italian mother, I grew up enjoying delicious Italian specialties, and Allegro Pizza gives me the opportunity to celebrate those delicacies once again. Allegro Pizza is known for its fresh ingredients, time-honored recipes, and our dedication to "making it from scratch". From the bread to the pizza dough- from our tomato sauce to the minestrone soup- the quality and flavors you expect from a high-scale restaurant in your local mom-and-pop.
